Experience
My professional journey has taken me across psychology, executive support, business management, and entrepreneurship. Although these roles were very different, they all required the same core abilities: organization, strategic thinking, discretion, adaptability, the ability to anticipate challenges, and finding simple solutions to complex problems. Over time, I have developed a practical and structured approach to managing people, information, projects, and day-to-day operations, always with the objective of creating clarity, simplifying processes, and supporting others in achieving agreed objectives.
Personal Assistant to a University Professor (ten years)
I managed both the personal and professional aspects of the professor’s life, coordinating a complex diary, travel arrangements, cultural events, and daily activities. I also supported the organization of university lectures and examination sessions. As the author of several books, I assisted her during television interviews, book presentations, and cultural events. Every activity was carefully planned in advance, anticipating potential challenges and ensuring everything ran smoothly, with particular attention to the accessibility requirements arising from her disability.
Recruitment & Personal Assistant to a Senior Manager, Banca Mediolanum (five years)
I provided administrative and organizational support to a Senior Manager, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and assisting with recruitment activities, from candidate communication to administrative support. I worked with the highest level of confidentiality, ensuring continuity and efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Psychologist and Psychotherapist ( seven years)
I managed my own private practice, overseeing both clinical work and the operational management of the business. Every therapeutic pathway was tailored around agreed objectives through dedicated documentation, progress monitoring, and personalised exercises. My professional training also instilled a strong commitment to confidentiality, professional secrecy, and the responsible handling of highly sensitive information. This experience strengthened my ability to deal with complex situations while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.
Founder of a Dog Training and Behaviour Business (twelve years)
I established and managed my own business, developing personalised programmes to address behavioural issues in dogs and provide puppy training. Every case required analysing the situation, designing a tailored plan, monitoring progress, and identifying solutions that took into account both the client’s needs and the dog’s welfare. My objective was always to protect the wellbeing of both through a collaborative, respectful approach, without the use of coercive training methods.
Professional House Sitter for Private Families (FOURTHEEN YEARS)
I independently managed high-value private properties during the owners’ absence, ensuring security, overseeing day-to-day property matters, handling unexpected situations, and maintaining the highest standards of discretion, reliability, and responsibility.
Operational Management (TWO YEARS)
I coordinated cultural and academic projects, managing logistics, communication between institutions and suppliers, and the operational organisation of projects involving the University of Padua and Porsche Italia.
