About
I have built my career around organization, problem-solving, and supporting people.
I hold a degree in Psychology and later specialized in Psychotherapy, opening my own private practice. Running my own business allowed me to develop strong skills in administrative management, planning, documentation, workflow organization, client relations, problem-solving, identifying tailored solutions, and adapting with flexibility to achieve objectives.
Alongside this, I worked for around ten years as a Personal Assistant to a university professor and for approximately five years supporting a Senior Manager at an international bank.
These experiences strengthened my ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information with discretion, and maintain high organizational standards.
Over time, I also founded a business focused on dog training and behaviour, an experience that further developed my ability to analyse complex situations and identify solutions that took into account both the client’s needs and the dog’s welfare. All of these experiences have enabled me to work remotely with complete autonomy, take responsibility for my decisions, and at the same time collaborate effectively with others to achieve agreed objectives.
