AI
Artificial intelligence can improve the way we work, communicate and make decisions. But its value depends on how it is used, in what context, and with what level of human oversight. My work focuses on the intersection between artificial intelligence, processes, communication and human behaviour. I do not develop AI systems and I do not provide technical consultancy. Instead, I analyse how AI is used by people and within workflows, identifying inefficiencies, discrepancies, potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
1. AI Ethics & Communication Analysis
What it is
An independent analysis of content created, modified or reworked with the support of artificial intelligence. The aim is not to decide who is right or to confirm a predetermined version of events, but to understand how a communication has been constructed and what impact it may have on the person receiving it.
What I analyse
I can identify, among other elements:
- contradictions, inconsistencies and discrepancies;
- significant omissions;
- selective or misleading narrative construction;
- shifting or avoidance of responsibility;
- inappropriate use of psychological, professional or apparently authoritative language;
- differences between tone, stated intention and actual content;
- possible manipulative dynamics;
- use of AI to reinforce a predetermined version of events;
- potential human, relational and reputational risks.
Drawing on my experience in psychology, psychotherapy, human behaviour and communication, I consider not only what is being said, but also how the message is constructed, which information is emphasised or omitted, and what effect it may have on the recipient.
What you receive
A structured and independent assessment of the material designed to help you:
- identify elements that may be difficult to recognise when you are directly involved;
- distinguish more clearly between facts, interpretations and narrative construction;
- identify potential issues before responding or making a decision;
- better understand the possible impact of the communication.
The analysis is limited to the material available and does not constitute legal advice, clinical assessment, investigation or verification of factual truth.
Explore two synthetic case studies illustrating how narrative framing, unsupported inference, bias and evidential gaps can affect the interpretation of complex situations.
2. AI, Process & Human Risk Diagnostic
What it is
An analysis of how a professional, founder or small organisation carries out a specific activity in practice, with particular attention to time, organisation, AI use and human oversight. The aim is to understand how work actually flows, where unnecessary steps or inefficiencies arise, and where artificial intelligence could be used effectively without introducing avoidable risks. I do not start with the technology. I start with how people actually work.
What I analyse
I review one or more specific workflows to identify, for example:
- repetitive or duplicated activities;
- steps that consume time without producing proportionate value;
- information that is transferred, rewritten or checked multiple times;
- points where work becomes blocked or repeatedly returns to the founder;
- activities where AI could reduce operational workload;
- uses of AI that are creating more work rather than reducing it;
- stages where AI-generated output requires human review;
- activities or decisions that should remain under human responsibility;
- potential operational, communication or human risks linked to the use of AI.
AI may be used as a tool during the analysis, but it does not replace observation of the system as a whole or human judgement.
What you receive
At the end of the analysis, you receive a structured assessment highlighting:
- where time is being lost;
- what can be simplified;
- what could be supported by AI;
- what should not be delegated to AI;
- where human oversight should be maintained or strengthened;
- which interventions should be prioritised.
The objective is not to introduce AI everywhere. It is to help you build a way of working that is simpler, more efficient and more intentional, using artificial intelligence where it creates genuine value and retaining human control where it matters. This service does not constitute engineering, IT, cybersecurity, legal or compliance consultancy. Where an issue requires specialist expertise, it is identified as an area that should be reviewed by the appropriate professional.
